I’ve been to Cornwall once – for the day – and it rained incessantly. I regret not having been back for a better experience. This short time-lapse film by London-based Italian photographer Mattia Bicchi is encouraging me to re-visit my plans to visit the south west of England; not just Cornwall, but also Devon.
