Clearing Storm, Thun

I needed to clear my head, so I abandoned my study books and headed for the hills on the far side of the Thunersee. My aim was to take some classical landscape photographs and let the fresh air and changeable weather clear my head. (It worked.)

Queen’s View, Pitlochry

Heavy rain at the far end of the glen. On a clear day, you can see through the hills all the way to Glencoe. The view is named for Queen Victoria, who visited on 3rd October 1866.
