Blue Grotto, Capri, Italy

Jo going into the Blue Grotto sea cave, in a small rowing boat. Visitors and oarsmen have to lie flat in the small boats as they enter the cave, as the top of the entrance is only around a metre above the sea. The organisation which runs the boatmen charge €10 for each trip – which lasts just a few minutes – and the oarsmen themselves get extremely annoyed if you then refuse to pay the additional "voluntary" €10 tip. As the whole experience was such a rip-off, I chose to stay behind whilst Jo went in.
