Arosa Road

When I read online that the road leading up into the mountains from Chur to Arosa was particularly windy, I scoffed, having ascended the mountain passes on many occasions. However, true to the rumours, the road leading up to the ski resort is indeed phonemonally serpentine and on the couple of occasions I drove up and down it whilst in Graubünden this past weekend, I didn’t get above third gear on the whole 30 kilometre route. So a tip for those who suffer from travel sickness: take the train.
