Museumsnacht, Bern

The night once each year on which the town is lit up with coloured floodlights and buildings such as the Zytglogge and parliament building is opened to the public. I used the evening to take some stock photos for my collection and to test the long exposure performance of my new D7000. The result: where red light was rendered very poorly in my D80 under such conditions, the infrared filtration has been massively improved in the D7000. Sadly, this appears to be at the cost of the ultraviolet range, and bright blues in these pictures are rendered very poorly indeed.
