Italy
Italy is our nearest foreign neighbour and offers a huge range of landscapes, from the high alps on the border with Switzerland, Austria and France to the baking heat and dusty landscapes of the south. Italy has been a frequent holiday destination for me over the past ten to fifteen years, with visits to Milan, the Cinque Terre, Tuscany, Naples and the Amalfi coast, Sicily, and the Aeolian Islands.
