History, Individual photographs, Landscape photography | 5th February 2010

One of my favourite finds during my lunchtime walks around the city of Bern, this park is a haven of quiet and surrounded by a mix of views and architecture from the earlier part of the 20th century and onwards. The “bach” in question is a stream which originally ran through this area beneath the old city on the hill, which has long since been re-channeled to flow into the nearby river Aare.
