Back to the Future
I’ve decided to blog about our wedding and honeymoon trip from Switzerland to Scotland and back again and this is the first entry. You can see all the entries tagged with “honeymoon” as they come online. (I’ll do my best to write them in order, but I can’t promise anything!) There are a couple of entries already online, which I wrote last year and have just extended with written descriptions.
After loading the car with three weeks’ worth of clothes and necessities for travelling, we were ready to leave for our long trip on Saturday morning, 29th September 2007. This is the first photo of our journey, sitting ready to go on the road outside our home in Spiez, before we headed up towards Basel and Strasbourg, turning west and heading for our first overnight stop at Reims in France.
